Online purchases

If you bought your equipment in the last 10 days, click on the link below. There you will receive your Return of Merchandise Authorization Number.

 

My return form of defective guaranteed equipment and/or to exchange

 

Your Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will allow you to send back your defective equipment for repair or exchange.

 

When you complete and send in the return form, you will obtain your “authorization number of guaranteed return” which will be forwarded to your email address with the relevant indications.

 

As soon as you receive your authorization number, send the defective equipment back, freight prepaid, with the carrier of your choice. The purchaser is responsible for all incurred transport costs.

 

Store purchases 

 

For a return related to a purchase made in store, you will have to go back to the store to get assistance. 

 

When you arrive at the store, go to the service counter so that a clerk can evaluate the item and grant you, depending on the condition of the item, either an exchange or a credit to be used in store. Please note that no refunds can be given

 

Do not forget to have your invoice with you so that the clerk can locate your transaction number. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you no longer have your invoice.
